What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine can offer an extended level of care to manage and treat paitents.
IMC Camden, Children's, Jelita and Katong can consult via video call directly to your smart phone or computer.
IMC evaluates whether a consultation via Telemedicine is appropriate. To ensure patient safety our Doctors must be satisfied that the patients condition is suitable for a Telemedicine interaction.
What conditions are suitable for a Telemedicine consult?
At this point in time, we kindly ask that you advise our support staff of your situation and we will assess your viability.
Patients can request an appointment either via phone or email in which case an assessment will be made before an appointment can be confirmed. Patients may be re-evaluated on a case-by-case basis to assess their continued suitability for Telemedicine consultations, at the discretion of the consulting IMC doctor.
