**Now based at International Medical Clinic – Katong**

We’re pleased to share that Dr Lim has moved to our Katong clinic, after 23 years of dedicated service at IMC Jelita and Holland Village.

Dr Lim has been a valued member of the International Medical Clinic (IMC) team since 2002 and is our Medical Director. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1993 and was awarded a Master’s in Family Medicine in 1999.

Throughout her career, Dr Lim has played an active role in Singapore’s medical community. She served as Honorary Assistant Secretary of the College of Family Physicians, contributed to several Ministry of Health committees, and was a long-standing tutor and examiner for the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine programme from its inception.

During her postgraduate training, Dr Lim rotated through a wide range of hospital and primary care departments — from paediatrics and geriatrics to surgery, ENT, and mental health — gaining comprehensive clinical experience.

She is also an accredited Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certificate issuer, offering patients support in planning for future medical and personal decisions.

As a physician, Dr Lim is passionate about patient-centred, collaborative care, with a strong focus on preventive health. Her consultations are rooted in truly listening to patients, understanding their concerns and expectations, and delivering care that is personalised and evidence-based.

We’re excited to welcome Dr Lim to IMC Katong, where she continues to provide the compassionate, thoughtful care she is known for — now serving the community in Singapore’s East.
