Dr Catherine Phan graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australia in 2007. She worked in several urban and rural hospitals in New South Wales and Queensland, undertaking further training in emergency and critical care before deciding to pursue general practice.
Dr Phan attained her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014. Previously based in Sydney, Dr Phan has worked as a GP for six years at a busy Sydney practice before moving to Singapore in 2021.
She loves the diversity of general practice and has a special interest in sexual and women’s health. She holds a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive health from Family Planning Australia and a Diploma in Child Health (USYD).
