Our Administration team supports the day-to-day operations of our clinics and is based in our Camden clinic.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required and the individual must be able to relate to a multitude of nationalities.
Administration Assistant
This position requires an experienced person who has the ability to perform general administrative duties, maintain the level of consumables, oversee service & maintenance of all equipment, be responsible for the daily banking and assist with product ordering & stock control. Strong organisational and computer skills are important with knowledge of internet support desirable. The applicant must have the ability to work as a vital team member of the Clinic. A minimum of 2 years experience is preferable and the candidate must be fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
Insurance and Direct Billing Administrator
International Medical Clinic has agreements with a range of global insurance groups and medical assistance companies that work with us to offer a ‘cashless’ direct billing service to our patients. We deal directly with the patient’s insurance provider to obtain payment. Our IDB Administrator processes day-to-day claims, remittances and works directly with the various insurance companies. Candidates must have strong computer skills and be meticulous and good with figures.
