This position requires an experienced person who has the ability to perform general administrative duties, maintain level of consumables, oversee service & maintenance of all equipment, be responsible for the daily banking and assist with product ordering & stock control. Strong organisational and computer skills are important with knowledge of internet support desirable. The applicant must have the ability to work as a vital team member of the Clinic. A minimum of 2 years experience is preferable and the candidate must be fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
Insurance and Direct Billing Administrator
International Medical Clinic has agreements with a range of global insurance groups, and medical assistance companies that work with us to offer a ‘cashless’ direct billing service to our patients. We deal directly with the patient’s insurance provider to obtain payment. Our IDB Administrator processes day-to-day claims, remittances and works directly with the various insurance companies. Candidates must have strong computer skills and be meticulous and good with figures.
The broad terms of the package offered include:
- Attractive base annual salary
- Part-time and full-time positions are available, up to a maximum of 5 1/2 days per week (except weekends and public holidays). Hours can be negotiable for the right candidate.
