Clinic Manager / Senior Nurse / Nurse Manager - Opportunity

IMPORTANT - It is important that you are a Registered Nurse with proven experience in holding a management or supervisory role in a medical clinic environment. You must be a nurse holding current clinical skills such as blood taking and administering injections/vaccinations.

Nurse Manager

Our Singapore family practice group has a need for an experienced nurse to be part of our in-clinic management team. You will join a dynamic team of professionals and be empowered with significant responsibility.

The position requires an experienced Registered Nurse with strong nursing skills, including blood taking and vaccinations, who has the ability to:

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations
  • Maintain a high level of patient care and service to various expatriate nationalities
  • Training and supervision of other support staff, including registered nurses and medical receptionists
  • Professionally meet management and clinic administration requirements (Note the group has two full time clinic administration staff to support management and the clinic operations)
  • Proven management of an existing clinic or outpatient facility is preferred

Clinic Background

Our clinics provide family, paediatric, and travel medicine to the international community of Singapore. We continue to expand, and currently have two clinics that employ over ten GP's, who come from Canada, Australia and Singapore. We have over 20 in-clinic support staff consisting of registered nurses and medical receptionists, who come from a diverse range of countries, encompassing North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Our patient base is very diverse, reflecting the wide range of nationalities in the expatriate community. The typical profile of expatriates is a married couple between 30 and 40 years old, either expecting children or already having a young family. Whilst Singapore is itself free of some tropical diseases, this group of patients travels regularly in the Asian region, both for work and holidays, and consequently requires good travel medicine advice.
